Pete Davis
Co-Founder and CEO
Pete is a Co-Founder & CEO of GreenPrint. He has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in marketing, loyalty, and financial services. Prior to GreenPrint, Pete co-founded Cartera Commerce, which pioneered the card-linked offer industry and grew the company to over $30 million in revenue before selling it.
Similar to GreenPrint, Cartera provided a value added, software enabled, marketing service to fortune 500 companies such as Citibank, Chase, Amex, Delta, American Airlines and other large card issuers, airlines, retailers as a value-added service for their clients.
Outside the office, Pete loves to spend time with his wife, two kids and two dogs enjoying the outdoors, hunting for new, usually vegetarian, restaurants, relaxing to a movie, or catching some live music.
Trenton Spindler
Co-Founder and President
Trenton Spindler is the Co-founder and President of GreenPrint. Originally from San Diego, California, he moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University. Since then, he has been successfully building and operating companies in Atlanta for the past decade. A critical voice that is not afraid to challenge the status quo, Trenton is a proven product strategist, operator, and innovator. He thrives on turning ideas into scalable success stories. Recently, he was named a TiE Atlanta Top Entrepreneur and an Atlanta 30 Under 30 Award winner.
Trenton began working with Pete Davis in 2014 to launch the world’s first Sustainability as a Service product, known today as GreenPrint. Previously, Trenton worked as Vice President of Operations and Products for the mobile technology company, Thumb Friendly.
Outside of the office, Trenton can be found exploring the outdoors across the southeast with his amazing wife (Laura), playing goalkeeper (a little too competitively) on the soccer pitch, finding an excuse to travel abroad, or reading one of his (never ending supply of) new books.
Scot Crawford
Chief Financial Officer
Scot Crawford is an operational and process-oriented financial executive with over 10 years of experience in technology and start-up business, bolstered by his MBA from Emory University. As the CFO of GreenPrint, Scot brings strategic planning, visibility, focus and direction to the financial aspects of the business.
Prior to GreenPrint, Scot was Chief Financial Officer at m2M Strategies, a marketing technology company, where he played a significant role in engineering the merger with GetOne Rewards. He was able to successfully develop multi-year financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes and re-engineer financial accounts.
Though Scot may be quiet, he is the office comedian with subtle jabs usually tended at Nate. A master outdoorsman and a profound athlete, you can find him on the golf course, kayaking, cycling or running full marathons. But don’t be fooled, he also makes time to relax and play a few rounds of D2. You can find him on XBOX, if you want to also get beaten in video games.
Nate Marsh
Chief Solutions Officer
Nate Marsh, current Chief Solutions Officer for GreenPrint, boasts a wide variety of experience in sales, operations, and business development with years of achievement and invaluable contribution throughout his career.
Nate acts as the face of GreenPrint by speaking at and attending several conferences worldwide, such as the NACS Convenience Summit Europe and EUROFORUM Deutschland, focusing on the future of convenience stores and the innovation surrounding this industry. In addition, Nate has been published in NACS magazine, which includes an article highlighting GreenPrint and explains our mission and vision.
When he’s not at work or spending time with his three kids, he devotes pretty much all free time to the East Side Baseball (little league) Association and his church. As an avid sports fan, Nate recognizes the inherent benefits of investing in children’s lives through involvement in sports, and emphasizes his dedication to giving back to something that gave so much to him throughout his life.
Michele Koch
Chief Marketing Officer
Michele is a champion of big ideas and authentic brand building. Heading up Marketing for GreenPrint, Michele is our chief brainstorming officer and creative dot connector. Michele oversees the global management of GreenPrint’s B2B brand as well as the development and strategy of all our go-to market B2C brands. She leads our teams responsible for digital marketing, consumer insights, creative development, marketing effectiveness, sponsorships, media and public relations.
A forward-thinking leader with expertise in brand storytelling, strategic partnerships and multichannel campaigns, Michele aims to increase market share, revenue and ROI for GreenPrint and our clients.With 20 years of experience creating consumer demand, awareness and brand advocacy Michele has worked with both best-in-class and emerging brands that include: Hallmark, Scholastic, CAN Capital, and The Tennis Channel.
Maryann Michela
Vice President, Operations
Maryann, VP of Operations, is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a demonstrated history of working in technology, sustainability, startups and growth stage companies. With a strong entrepreneurial background and an MBA from the University of Georgia, Maryann leads our internal operations and project management. She manages process development and optimization, product development, and implementation. She enjoys finding new ways to add value, optimizing operations and processes, and learning new things.
When she’s not in the office, Maryann can be found enjoying a glass (or two) of wine and trying a new ATL restaurant, traveling the world – some favorites include Bermuda, Japan, Singapore, and the Maldives – or spending time with friends and family.
Garic Aertker
Director, Business Development - Packaging
Garic Aertker serves as the Director of Business Development for GreenPrint’s packaging division. An Atlanta native, Garic received his Marketing degree from Georgia Southern University, which jump-started his career and has now brought him 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
Garic is spearheading our in-house CPG program, IMPACT COLLECTIVE, helping to empower small businesses to reach and exceed their sustainability goals and increase brand differentiation.
When he is not at work, Garic enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his many hobbies such as snow skiing, hiking and camping, and spending time by the lake or the ocean. Garic will tell you nature was his first love, and his first job before college was as a Rock Climbing instructor for The Challenge Rock Climbing School in Atlanta. This love for climbing led Garic to spending his weekends for several years traveling to some of the most beautiful climbing locations in the Southeast. Garic also spent over a year in the unspoiled beauty of Alaska, which solidified his urge to pursue a career working to do his best to protect the environment.
Amanda Kardosh
Director, Sustainability and Partnerships
Amanda Kardosh specializes in Climate Change, encouraging a low-carbon economy. She believes it is essential to mobilize, engage and involve companies for managing and reducing GHG emissions, managing climate risks, and exploring opportunities towards a transition to a new sustainable development framework. Throughout her career, Amanda has focused on the transportation sector, climate change, and sustainable strategy.
She joined GreenPrint all the way from Brazil. With a Masters of Global Sustainability from the University of South Florida, Amanda serves as our Business Development Director. She brings a unique balance of both business and sustainability to the table.
When she’s not in the office, Amanda enjoys cheering for her 9-year-old son and favorite soccer player at Georgia Rush and attentive watching the first ice skating classes of her five-year-old son, who wants to become a Hockey player. She also likes to explore Brazilian restaurants in Atlanta to be closer to her homeland.
Tim Venghaus
Director, Business Development
Tim is a nerd masquerading as a sales guy. He has a passion for science and was exuberant when he heard there was a company called GreenPrint that needed someone to help spread the good word on their sustainability work. “Oh wow,” he thought, “finally an opportunity to put that second degree in Ecology to use!”
Prior to joining GreenPrint, Tim spent 15 years in the gas and convenience store industry as the owner and operator of a small company specializing in advertising, marketing, and point-of-purchase signage execution. Now, as director of business development, he hopes to leverage that experience to help convenience retailers build their brands and their business through purpose-driven sustainability initiatives.
When he is not in the office or traveling for work, there is a good chance you can find Tim enjoying the original zero-emission hobby: sailing.
Adam Roche
Business Development
Adam is a cold brew coffee drinker and a pacer. When idle, he enjoys leveraging his project management background to help facilitate the development of new business opportunities.
Outside of the office Adam enjoys coaching his kids various teams, golfing, and boxing.
Gillian Baseman
Senior Manager, Partner Solutions
Gillian (pronounced: Jillian; nickname: Gigi) Baseman is an enthusiastic, dedicated Strategic Account Manager. Gigi grew up in Naples, Florida and then attended Emory University as a National Merit Scholarship Finalist. She earned her BA in Psychology and Philosophy in three years but didn’t want to leave her friends, so she stayed in Atlanta for a fourth year to tutor students.
Gigi then relocated to New York to work in corporate product marketing in the cosmetics industry for three years, where she honed her program management and operations skills. Eager for a change and looking to make an impact, Gigi ventured back to Atlanta in 2018 to join GreenPrint, delivering a competitive advantage to clients through successful sustainability programs.
In her downtime, you can find Gigi FaceTiming her family and friends for hours on end, shopping, and dining. Gigi is a lover of all things girly and pink, and is an organizational freak.
Morgan Duffy
Manager, Partner Solutions
Morgan is an enthusiastic and dedicated Partner Solutions Manager with over 4 years of client relationship management expertise. She graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Sociology. She loves meeting new people and building lasting relationships. Morgan joined GreenPrint over two years ago and is the resident grocery guru and corporate partnerships gal. Most importantly, she is the office Holiday Cheer-Meister, spreading holiday cheer 365 days a year!
Outside of the office, Morgan can be found at Suntrust Park cheering on her Atlanta Braves, catching the newest box office hit, or making memories with friends and family. She is a lover of all things Elton John and Disney – so much so that her wedding featured a combination of both!
Zach Mruk
Manager, Partner Solutions
Zach is a driven, results-focused partner solutions manager with over 5 years experience in the loyalty marketing space. After playing college soccer at Georgia Gwinnett College, he decided he wasn’t going to make it as a professional soccer player and graduated with a degree in marketing. Before GreenPrint, Zach worked with leading brands across a variety of industries, developing innovative loyalty and customer marketing strategies. He’s developed a strong strategic background and is able to leverage his experiences to address client challenges in unique and exciting ways.
Outside of the office, Zach can be found watching The Office with his wife, Kelsey and their two cats or watching whatever sport is on with his buddies. Zach loves to make others laugh and wants to make sure everyone is always having a good time, no matter what they’re doing.
Hannah Walker
Manager, Partner Solutions
Hannah is a driven and energetic Partner Solutions Manager, with over 3 years in the sustainable fuel industry and start-up space. After graduating from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, Hannah started at GreenPrint in a marketing role. Once Hannah honed in on her passion for people, she quickly transitioned to a key role as a Strategic Account Manager, where she now brings a fun, creative perspective in developing strategies and leading clients to success.
Outside of the office, Hannah can be found at the gym, enjoying a glass of wine, singing (screaming) in the car, dreaming about puppies, going to concerts and hanging with friends and family.
Andrew Cooper
Director, Digital Marketing
Andrew is an experienced digital marketer with a focus on data driven strategy. He digs into the goals behind every campaign, identifies the audience, channel, and ad type most likely to achieve those goals, and adapts quickly to the campaign data post-launch.
Outside of work Andrew loves to read fantasy novels and learn, taking courses in a variety of categories. He also loves to spend time with his pets and wife at home.
Molly McCarthy
Director, UX
Molly graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design with a focus on human-centered design and user interaction. Since then, Molly has been crafting memorable digital experiences at agencies across Atlanta. Molly’s extensive UX background and her ability to merge the analytical and creative allow her to be the ultimate advocate for her clients and their customers. She believes design is about empathy – anticipating the goals of the user, then putting it into a beautiful package.
Outside the office, Molly can be found discovering new restaurants, walking her dogs (Duck + Goose) on the Beltline, and attending sporting events. A Cincinnati native, she is a ride or die Bengals fan and can be heard saying “No, this is our year”… every year.
Sarah Royal
Web Development Manager
Sarah is an experienced web developer with a strong focus on user experience strategies. She translates designs and into functional, compliant, and attractive websites. A Georgia native, Sarah graduated with her Masters in Business and Technology from the University of Georgia.
With 7 years of development expertise, Sarah has a demonstrated history of working with multiple CMS platforms and is fluent in a variety of coding languages including PHP, Node, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Sarah is a member in Women in Technology and Girls Who Code groups, where she hopes to serve as a mentor to young women who want to enter the technology field.
Sarah is our resident slackmoji creator. You can likely find her talking about Enneagram, listening to pop punk music, or showing you photos of her dog, Bailey. In her time outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching soccer, and trying out new beer and breweries!
Casey Lovegrove
Senior Graphic Designer
Casey is a driven and curious designer with a passion for strategic branding and creative problem solving. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Casey graduated with honors from Furman University with a degree in Communication Studies. After discovering an interest in graphic design, she moved to Atlanta to complete a two-year portfolio program at the Portfolio Center. Casey is responsible for the visual direction and branding of GreenPrint’s sustainability programs, combining design and strategy to grow GreenPrint, promote environmental responsibility, and strengthen the idea that sustainability is good for business.
Outside the office, Casey relaxes with books, knitting, movies, and critiquing any typographic design she comes across. Casey and her husband are always on the hunt for the most delicious Thai and Indian food, and she reaps the benefits when her husband (successfully!) recreates the dishes at home.
Callie Handte
Content Manager
Callie serves as GreenPrint’s Content Manager, which translates to social media manager, copy editor, photographer, content creator, and office pageant mom.
Raised in the north Georgia mountains, Callie developed a love and appreciation for the environment from a young age, which has greatly impacted her personal and professional journey.
An alumni of The University of Georgia, Callie received her BBA in Marketing with a minor in Studio Art. She loves to incorporate creativity into business strategy, and is inspired by all things color and brand.
On the weekends, Callie enjoys cooking with her amazing husband, hiking, painting, and staring lovingly at her houseplants. She is a frequent of the library and enjoys getting absorbed by a good book–specifically thrillers or mysteries.
Suzanna Horton
Production Manager
Suzanna brings a wealth of experience to GreenPrint as a Production Manager. An Atlanta native who attended both Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia, she’s spent time working in advertising, marketing, and several tech startups. Suzanna is a problem solver and happily embraces any opportunity to add to her vast arsenal of knowledge.
Outside of GreenPrint, Suzanna is all of the following: Atlanta Falcons fan, excellent cook, okay-ish housewife, martini connoisseur, hater of onions, epic nap-taker.
Josh Lord
Senior Data Analyst
As GreenPrint’s designated coffee maker and Senior Data Analyst, Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mercer University with a degree in Political Science, and received his Master of Science in Environmental & Energy Policy from Georgia Tech. Josh has spent the last six years developing his data analytical and statistical abilities as a Performance Auditor for the state of Georgia and as a Senior Energy Analyst for RaceTrac Petroleum. Here at Greenprint, Josh is responsible for all reporting around carbon offsets, fuel volumes, and customer surveys.
Josh enjoys running before dawn, cooking and eating breakfast food at any time of the day, and spending time with his beautiful wife and two insanely cute kids. Outside of the office, Josh loves all things beer. He is the co-founder and acting President of Eidos Brew Club where he teaches others the rewarding art of brewing beer. If you are looking for Josh and can’t find him, he is probably brewing beer at home or visiting one of the many awesome Atlanta breweries with his 3-year old daughter, Emerson.
Courtney Fray
Controller
Courtney serves as the Corporate Controller at Greenprint. She holds a Master’s in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s from Auburn University. With 4 years of experience in public accounting and 6 years in corporate accounting, Courtney is the team’s go-to resource for accounting and cash questions.
Courtney enjoys summer days by the pool and fall nights cheering on her favorite college football team. She volunteers with the youth attending Buckhead Church. In 2019 she began monogramming items for friends and family to showcase a creative side. Courtney enjoys cooking – not baking, long naps, singing in the car, and brunching with friends.
Kasey Norris
Staff Accountant
Kasey is an experienced administrative and financial support professional passionate about supporting GreenPrint’s mission and its long and short-term goals. She occupies a dual role at GreenPrint as the Office Administrator/Staff Accountant. Kasey is responsible for keeping the office operations running smoothly and also handles day-to-day accounting tasks as a member of the finance department. She also organizes GreenPrint’s company events, helping to make our office fun, active and social.
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Kasey enjoys exploring her new hometown of Atlanta and its vibrant restaurant and live music scene. When not out on the town, she likes spending time at home trying out new recipes and spending time with her two cats.
